Seven Springs River’s Touch is a bold, beautiful mover with lots of presence. Standing16.0+ hh at age 6, he is balanced and correct. Touch was well-started under saddle in May of 2004 and has been carefully brought along. He currently is doing well in the eventing world with his young rider, Jocelyn. The pair was awarded a medal of achievement from the American Connemara Pony Society. Being successful at the Beginner Novice level in 2006, he moved up to the Novice level this spring. In his first event he went clean in both stadium and cross-country. If all goes well, Jocelyn plans to event him Training Level by the end of the summer.
Touch is an easy horse to work with, and like his full brother Seven Springs River’s Web, he takes things in stride and learns quickly. Touch has spent time in the ring, on the trails, and at Natural Horsemanship clinics. His sire was awarded a Tostal trophy by the American Connemara Pony Society in recognition of his outstanding performance record in Eventing, Dressage, and the show ring. He is known to pass on his kind disposition, good bone, and amazing athleticism to his offspring.
